2. Reservations & Cancellations

2.1. All reservations must be made through our official website, phone, or an authorized third-party booking platform. 2.2. Cancellation policies vary by room type and rate plan. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details. 2.3. No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to charges as per our cancellation policy.

3. Payments & Fees

3.1. All prices are listed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. 3.2. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on the Site. 3.3.  FULL Payment  may be required at the time of booking.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

4.1. Check-in time is 2PM, and check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability . 4.2. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and a credit card at check-in.

5. Guest Conduct

5.1. Guests must comply with all hotel policies, including noise restrictions, smoking regulations, and occupancy limits. 5.2. Any damage caused to hotel property by a guest may result in additional charges. 5.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates our policies or engages in disruptive behavior.
